How much does it cost to hire your wedding cars?
No two weddings are the same so Finest Wedding Cars will tailor a package to your exact requirements. You will only pay for what you need. We also offer our price match Guarantee so you can book with confidence.
What’s included when I book my wedding cars with Finest Wedding Cars?
Your cars will be decorated with Ribbons & Bows and driven by a uniformed Chauffeur. A bottle of bubbly is supplied for the Bride and Groom after the ceremony . The journeys that have been agreed when you book and time for photographs are included in the price. All timings will be confirmed with you prior to your wedding.
How many cars do I need to book?
We are happy to discuss your individual requirements with you. We can accommodate two runs to the ceremony where distance is not an issue but this needs to be agreed at the time of booking or prior to your wedding day. We do recommend that a separate car be booked for other members of the Bridal Party where required.
Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes we do. We believe that our cars are the best around and the best value for money so we will not be beaten on price. See our price guarantee page book your cars with confidence you are getting the best deal available.
What happens on the day?
We aim to arrive at the first pick up point with plenty of time to spare for photographs before heading off to the ceremony. There will be opportunities for photographs before and after the ceremony at the venue. When you are ready we will whisk the bride and groom to the wedding reception venue with a bottle of bubbly. If more than one wedding car is booked they will take the agreed passengers to the reception venue.
My ceremony and reception are at the same venue what should I do about wedding cars?
If you would just like our wedding cars to take you to the ceremony that's fine please discuss your requirements at the time of booking as this will reduce the price for you. However a lot of couples like the wedding car to be available after the ceremony for photographs.
What deposit do you require?
A deposit of £100 per car is payable at the time of booking. This guarantees the availability of your chosen vehicle and is non refundable (except under our price match guarantee)
When is the balance due?
The final balance needs to be paid 30 days prior to the booking date. Of course you are welcome to pay the balance sooner if this suits your requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, cheque and major debit & Credit cards. We also offer our Direct Debit payment plan (see below)
Can I spread the cost of my wedding cars to make budgeting easier?
Yes we offer a staged payment plan where you can spread the cost with 3 ,6, 9 or 12 equal payments depending on the number of vehicles you have booked, the time between booking and your wedding day. Please ask for details
