Your price includes transport from your collection address to the ceremony, and on to the reception if it's a different venue — if the ceremony and reception are at the same place, we'll take you both out for a short drive instead, so you still get a little time together as a married couple. We build in time for photographs at every stage. Your car comes decorated with ivory ribbons and bows as standard (other colours available), and we'll serve a glass of chilled bubbly to toast the moment.
A few things shape your price: which car you choose, the distance we're travelling, and when your wedding falls. Quieter times cost less — a Monday in November, for example, will cost less than a Saturday in August. Every quote is calculated instantly and honestly, so what you see is exactly what you pay.
Yes — book two cars together and you'll get £50 off the second car. Depending on which car you add, that can bring your second car down to as little as £245 in peak season.
Yes — a deposit of £100 secures one car, or £150 for two cars. You can also choose to pay in full at the time of booking if you'd prefer. Your remaining balance is due 60 days before your wedding — of course you're welcome to pay it earlier if that suits you. If your date is sooner than 60 days away, we'll agree the balance timing with you directly.
The sooner the better — popular dates and cars get booked up quickly. If there's a specific car you love, bear in mind we generally only book one wedding per vehicle per day, so once it's booked, it's booked. If you're more flexible on which car you'd like, we can usually still help at short notice.
The car stays available after your ceremony for photographs, and you're welcome to take a short drive together too if you'd like — just the two of you, with a glass of chilled bubbly to toast the moment. It's entirely optional, but it's often one of the most memorable parts of the day for our couples — a rare few quiet minutes together before the celebrations begin.
We once got a call asking "do you do emergency wedding cars?" — we were at the bride's collection address within 20 minutes! So yes, we can move fast when we need to. That said, we do prefer a little more notice than that where possible. If your wedding is within 7 days, you can still get your price online, but you'll need to call us on 01323 332 101 to book rather than going through instantly. More than 7 days away? We'll be there, no problem.
For a typical wedding, there's plenty of time built in for your journeys, your ceremony, and photographs along the way. If your day includes something a little different — afternoon tea before the reception, an unusual gap between venues, or anything else out of the ordinary — just let us know and we'll make sure the timing's right for your day.
